Installed these today on my 2014 Superlow 1200T. Installation wasn't too difficult. These LED mirrors are meant to accent your front lighting, They aren't too bright, but with my LED Day Maker headlight and LED turn signal/running lights these LED mirrors make me more visible to on coming traffic. They work with no problem. On the Sportster you need to remove the gas tank to access the connections for theses mirrors. That was not difficult. Another added benefit for me is that these mirrors are a little taller than the stock mirrors which helps me see directly behind me better than the stock mirrors

the emergency flashers do not work with ignition off. they are not very bright in the daytime, hence not easy for oncoming traffic to see the turn signal. the instrument indicator flashes rapidly indicating that they are not flashing, as if bulb is burned out. the shop installed them and told me thats just how they work. they said led's dont pull enough electric for the bulb out indicator to recognize them as working.
guess i can live with it, but relocating the bullet turn signals would have been better so when these go out as other reviewers say they do, I willreplace my original mirrors and bullet lights. certainly not worth the price.

all though they look great they don't last after about 1 1/12 years one went out and was not worth the price of fixing. After looking at the reviews this is a common problem. Don't buy!!!!!

Got the lighted mirror package for my 05 B VROD. Previously I had installed the International mini bullet LED blinkers on the bike and loved them. The only downside was that I lost my running lights on the front of the bike. When I saw the lighted mirror kit with the running lights, I thought "Great now I can have my running lights back and get rid of the front blinkers". Nope wrong thinking! I should have researched the mirrors more. The new mirrors require the use of the stock blinker system to work properly. So now I had to reinstall the stock blinker system to work with the new lighted mirrors. Kind of a bummer.
Anyway I got both systems installed and they work! The kit is set up for all sorts of HD models and comes with a bunch of fittings to make it work with all the models. Be ready to fuss a bit with the electrical connectors on the bike and with the mirror kit.
The mirrors do look great and should improve my visibility to others out on the road.
