Daymaker LED Auxiliary Lamps
I have gone 100% LED on my Heritage. These running lights add to the night vision. If you do the headlight I recommend these also if your bike has them.

The LED Daymaker headlamp is not enough, these help take up the dark areas, but not 100%. After having them for 2 months, I have not had any fogging or failure. I ride a lot (145,000 miles since 2005). Adjustment is...not exactly easy - a special socket is required to be purchased or made.

Consider your riding area
i bought these in combination with the headlight. Breeze to install….really compliments the LED head light adds more field of view but I think its still lacking when riding country roads primarily because of the horizontal beam it seems to project vs. a more complete projection. I did an earlier write up on the headlight. They’re not bad for highway or suburb riding but in rural areas you may find them lacking, even when compared to the standard lights. Would I buy them again…probably not.

Sure why not
Ok, so you just spent $600 something for the headlight and your wondering if you should spend another $700 for these bulbs plus the brackets. Just go ahead and do it, you'll be happy you did. They widen up the beam enough that if you ride mountain roads at night you don't loose your lights in the turns.
