Rated 4 out of 5 by SouthernMan Great grips, instructions suck!
Same as the first review I would have given these 5 stars if the instructions had been updated for the Rushmore models. In the end it was a simple install on my 2015 Road Glide Special. Take off the ignition switch and the dash panel. Feed the lh grip leads through the handlebars and plug into the power source and crossover plug for the throttle by wire which sit under the dash panel. The rest of the install is fairly obvious.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Fortyone Nice, toasty grips
...but astonishingly awful instructions. Unusual for HD, whose instructions are usually at least satisfactory if not excellent. Most, if not all, of the pics and steps were from the pre-Rushmore models (at least for the FLTRs). The gouge I got from the dealer was, happily, wrong in that they said the wires would be external to the handlebars. They weren't. As I understand it, these are the stock ones used on the CVO models and are plug and play through the handlebars and maybe the others are not. Don't know, maybe a mfr rep can address that here. The installation became apparent as I disassembled my way into the project and quickly disabused myself of the external wiring red herring. I wasn't really happy with the "piggyback" bayonet hookups to 12V power (esp with all the unused 12V plugs laying around) and will address that later with some solder and shrink-wrap Nevertheless, the grips are themselves 5-star quality and warm the hands quite generously. The missing fifth star in this review is for the atrocious instructions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bobbymick Minimalist design and works great.
These take the edge off on a cool day. Work and look good on my blacked out road glide.
Only complaint is a paid for the next day shipping and received the order 5 days later. That was a waste of money.

Had a dealership install these grips and i am impressed. From 0 - 6 settings the #2 was warm enough. Takes them a bit to get there but i found myself griping them tighter to get that warmth on a 50 degree day. #6 might be just a bit tooo much unless your riding near the 0 degree temperature. Combine that with heated gloves for the top of the fingers and its ride time no matter what the temperature or wind is. Overall glad i did get them and wish i would have earlier. 3 hours install time is needed -- just say'n
