I have no doubt this item would look good, but the instructions are very poor and worse than worthless. Heaven help you if you have to (eventually) have to replace the securing screw at the bottom of the trim ring; it is very frustrating, next to impossible, to put it back. You may well drop (and lose) the screw and likely drop the visor a few times as well. I quit trying to install this item after two-plus hours and will gladly pay the dealership to do it the next time I take my bike into service. I find it hard to believe that The Motor Company couldn't come up with an easier, less frustrating design. If I had four or five hands I might have been successful.

It really adds a touch of class to the bike. Coupled with the passing lamp visors it completes the look of the bike. Very well made. The only issue I have with it is when installing it is very difficult to get the trim ring to seat flush with the housing with the visor installed. My dealer could not get it flush either.

Good quality Products, nice looking, however; there is a special part required for FLHR models that is not noted on the webpage or the book when ordering, it only showes the part number on the instructions.
(check instructions befor leaving store.)

Had some difficulty getting this to stay in place while reinstalling clamp. The directions were a little vague and not specific to the conditions I saw and dealt with; there were some slots and I wasn't sure whether the visor was meant to fit in the slots or not. I figured it out as I went, but it took several tries.
