Rated 5 out of 5 by Alexander BEST protecting jeans
Just bought mine today and did not have a chance to ride in it.
So at this point I can tell only about technican caracteristics and the fit.
On the paper they look great, promissing the best protection from scratching your butt ;) knees and sides are protected as well!
Somebody in the review said that the fit is wack. I dont know... for me its a great fit, but I have a soccer player legs and not the skinny onesm so maybe thats the thing :) So of course its better to try htem on first, but on the other hand the size was correct- 34 it was.
Also I sat on the bike and they feel comfortable.
And dont forget the jeans offer some protection from rain, so altogether it seems like a good stuff.
But when I try them on the road- will tell you more!

They are finally available for all of you waiting three months like myself. Ok, $500 bucks for a pair of riding jeans. Let me start with the good. Fairly warm jeans but not crazy hot. You can ride in 70 degree weather with these jeans. 80 would be pushing it. I feel zero air though the jeans when riding yet I don't get sweaty legs. You definitely stay comfortable. I'm thinking you can ride in pretty cold temperatures with the jeans. The boot straps are super handy. Keeps your pants down over the ankle while riding. Not sure how long they will last. Just made out of some basic stretching material. Time will tell. They are a thick, plushy jean. I almost think I have snow pants on, but not quite. While riding, they do not move or flap in the wind. Protective pads provided as an option for extra protection. Very, very nice to have on while riding. I feel like I'm sitting on a pillow, yet have control. My butt doesn't get sore. Now the "be careful news". They run tiny, small. I mean major. I'm normally a 32" waist. Forget about it. I needed a 34" waist. These are NOT Relaxed fit jeans. They are slim/tight through the legs. I'm a thin person that has to run around in the shower to get wet. I normally can pull 32" jeans off without unbuttoning them. I had to go to a 34" waist to get these jeans suitable for me. The legs are still snug, but ok. Bottom line, I would absolutely try them on before buying. Or just make sure you go one size up from your normal size. If you're a bigger person, you might have to go up two. Just know these jeans are worth every penny, they just run SUPER small.
