Not only should the lead on this design be ashamed, so should the person/s who approved it. Install is a pain in the butt!! The Velcro straps should be better quality and longer. They made them as short and cheap as they possibly could. Once you manage to get them around the frame they barely attach. Should have been longer so feeding them through the frame would be real easy and you could pull them tight ensuring a great fit. You blew on this one HD.
P.S. I followed the install procedures to the letter.

This adds some much needed storage to the bike, which is great--but the materials and workmanship could be better, and the installation is harder than it needs to be.
The bag is made of vinyl, which is fine, but not sure how long it'll hold up. There is no lining, pockets, or dividers inside, which would have been nice.
Installation-wise, the bag is secured to the frame with Velcro strips. It works, but there is not much space when trying to wrap the velcro around the frame, so it's hard to secure the thing--and it's virtually impossible to cinch them tight. Some kind of draw-string or zip-tie setup would probably work better, for future versions.
There are some strips of tape to put on the frame (behind the velcro strips) to protect the frame--a nice touch, but it's really hard to peel the backing off of them...a split backing would be much appreciated.
Installation tip: with these strips, note that they are not long enough to wrap around the tube of the frame member entirely...so make sure you "offset" them, so the "weight" of the bag will hit it. Once installed, the strips are a pain to move, so be sure to lay them out before you start.

Took less than 10 min to install. The only thing is the clear frame protectors do look odd when installed on bike. However once you install bag on bike it looks great. Velcro was a little difficult to install on the rear towards back wheel. The two front engine facing loops where a lot easier. Once I was able to grasp one of the straps I pulled and easily got them together. Holds emergency tire repair kit, pen, Leatherman multi-tool, first aid kit (small), LED flashlight and still has room for wallet, phone, keys, and garage opener.
