Rated 5 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing what a difference I was looking to do a Stage 1 upgrade and this Screaming Eagle Extreme Ventilator was the perfect match for my Screaming Eagle Street Cannons! It is amazing the difference in power and torque!! I should have done this sooner!! Highly Recommend!! July 5, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by This air cleaner is awesome looking I was wanting an air cleaner that flowed more air and looked great too. This was the perfect choice. July 23, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Let it Breath This breather wakes your bike up and gives it the air it needs. We all need to breath and your bike does too. Looks great. I didn't want the kind that stuck out like a sore thumb. This breather hugs the side of your bike and looks good doing it. Let it Breath June 24, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Looking Air Cleaner I have a 2013 FLHRSE5 and didn't like the plain Ventilator air cleaner that came stock on the bike. This new one is gorgeous and catches your eye right from the start! It comes with the K & N air filter; all you need is to make sure you buy the spray-on filter oil and apply it right from the start! This is the best air cleaner kit for the CVO 110 engine. September 18, 2013

I saw in the heavy breather kit that an HD staff member said it did not require a tuner. With this "ventilator" or the "heavy breather" and 4" Rinehart/after market slip-on mufflers, do you need a tuner then or can it still be recalibrated?

Answer:
No, as far as the race tuner and dyno. Those would only by required in the event of a significant performance change, like higher compression heads or an increase in cc's. All you need is to take it to your local Harley dealership and perform a stage one tune on it.

Answer:
That is all they will fit since they are made for the new carbs that fit only the 110" engine. The back of the box says that it will only fit the CVO 110" carb which has a 58" intake. If in doubt, call your service department.

Do you have to oil it right out of the box or is it "pre-oiled" from the factory? Install instructions don't say if you oil it when first installing.

Answer:
Yes, the filter must be lightly sprayed with K&N filter oil before using. Spray it on from the outside inward, and use it sparingly. Let it set on a paper towel overnight with the open face down. When assembling be sure to use blue Loctite on all the cover bolts and DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN or you will crush the filter element. If any excess oil drips from the filter you applied too much. No need to disassemble, just wipe away the excess oil with an absorbent towel, then ride for a few hours. When you're done riding, place a towel under the filter to absorb any other drips and after one more ride you should be fine.
