This is really a 3 in one jacket for all year riding. With the panel removed I ride in the Georgia heat feeling like I don't even have a jacket. Put the panel back on for fall riding & open your vents. When it gets chilly put the rain liner in & you feel the difference the liner does knocking off wind. In light rain the jacket alone does great. In heavy rain add the liner & your dry as can be. Interior pockets are big. If you don't want to throw out the big bucks on a leather jacket & a mesh jacket for all year riding, this is the jacket for you.

Have tested this jacket several times in the summer heat and was very impressed. It rides great up to 95 degree weather all together (at speed)...any warmer just remove the outer panels and you are good to go.

Rated 5 out of 5 by NightRodRider High Quality "Nylon/Mesh" Jacket 2 in 1
Here's the real deal with this jacket. This jacket is a "tough" nylon jacket that can convert into a partial mesh jacket for the warmer temperatures. It accepts armour which is nice for the safety factor. It does require some break in time. New, it feels boarder line "stiff". After a couple of months, the jacket loosens up and becomes more comfortable. If your looking for a long lasting, two climate, tough jacket that gives you the protection and plenty of flexibility, this is your jacket. For $325.00 your getting a "high end" nylon/mesh jacket. Great for the road and long trips. Mesh during the day, nylon for the morning and evening rides. Did I mention the built in Rain jacket/liner? This jacket has you covered. It's a well built, solid jacket that gives you great versatility .

A lot of thought went into the design of this jacket. I thought I would maybe end up with three panels in my hand when I zipped everything off. To my surprise after all the zippers were unzipped it was still one piece. Takes about 30 seconds to convert to mesh and about 1 minute to put it back together. It really is two jackets in one and saves space when on longer rides. Also it is a GREAT looking jacket.
