Yellow ring all around whitewall by the rim

Have they fixed the yellow ring problem on there tires.? ,I will be in the market for new tires soon But before I buy Dunlop White wall tires again from my Harley dealer I want to see the tire, both white walls must be of smooth almost plastic material and not feel or look like fabric white wall this is the one that turns yellow and then have them installed. I made a mistake by not looking at them 20K miles ago ( they wear well) you can see the yellow ring rite away

200mm rear tire

Hello all! I need new tires (front and rear) for my FLHRC 2011. I was thinking about a 200 rear tire. So, can I go with 200 without any kind of modification? Thanks. Best, Eduardo.
