Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice product. Works great. Works great but needs magnetic case to attach it to tank where the controls would be much more easily accessible when wearing gloves. April 1, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great control! The dual thermostat is great as I am able to adjust my gloves and jacket liner individually! Makes a warm customizable comfortable ride! December 22, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by A must have to regulate the heat. I use the gloves, jacket liner and the duel thermostat. The thermostat is a must to regulate the heat, if not you get way to hot even in 20 deg weather. In the past I would not use heated gear but after one time I do not ride in cold weather without it. The other review said something about it cutting out when starting, mine does not do that. December 17, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Nice to be able to set the gloves and jacket liner at different temps The Dual control is great with gloves and a jacket liner - you can set them at different temps keeping everything comfortable. One draw back is the control can not handle starting the motorcycle while connected, it trips out and stops working until disconnected and reconnected to the power. November 4, 2013

Answer:
Each component (gloves, pant liner, jacket liner) comes with a selection of different amp fuses. The individual number of heated components dictate how many amps the system requires, not the heat controller. For example, the average draw for the jacket liner is 6 amps, while the draw for gloves is 2.2 amps. Thus, you would utilize a 10 amp fuse to run these two components. Both the single and double controller run off of a single power source from the motorcycle battery. Hope this helps.

The instructions on P/N 98541-04V do not say anything about the indicator lights. From experimenting, it looks like the gray knob is for the accessories and the black knob is for the jacket. Is that correct? If so, what does it mean that the green light flashes when the setting is low but become steady when the heat is turned up?

If the gray knob is for the jacket (yes, we checked to make sure everything was hooked up correctly), what do the yellow lights mean?

Answer:
BLACK knob controls cord marked with BLACK heat shrink and has a GREEN indicator light. This is to be used for gloves or pants or socks.

GREY knob controls cord marked with WHITE heat shrink and has a YELLOW indicator light. This is to be used for a jacket liner.

Indicator Lights (both Green and Yellow):
Flashes SLOWLY when set at LOW to Medium settings.
Flashes RAPIDLY when set at MEDIUM to High settings.
Constantly ON (no flashing) when set at HIGH setting.
