Part Number 67700144A

Finish / Color: Chrome

Cut through the night. Harley-Davidson® Daymaker™ LED Lamps are brighter and whiter in color and provide a superior light pattern over standard incandescent lamps. • 5-3/4" Headlamp with chrome backplate
  • Feature two "D" shaped optical lenses, single low-beam lens, and three high-beam lenses
  • Low-beam pattern remains on at all times, and the switched high beam adds additional punch down the middle of the road
  • LED lamps are DOT and ECE compliant

Fits '06-'11 VRSCD and VRSCDX, '15-later XG, '04-later XL, '09-'13 XR, '91-later Dyna® (except FLD and '91-'05 FXDWG), '84-'99 FLSTS and FXSTS, '08-'11 FLSTSB, '05-'06 FLSTSC, '10-12 FLSTSE, '00-later FXCW, FXCWC, FXS, FXSB, FXSBSE, FXST, FXSTB, FXSTC and FXSTD models. Rated 5 out of 5 by from I can see I love my XL1200T except for the lighting at night. I called Bernie at my local Harley Davidson dealer for a light bar. Was told it wasn't made for my XL1200T , but to try the daymaker headlamp. I did and it make a great difference. I do recommend this product

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 5 3/4" Daymaker LED Headlight The updated LED Daymaker headlight version eliminates the inside foging that some weather conditions can cause on the first edition. The updated version is recognized by a small yellow (when the headlight is not in use) LED. This same LED stays on when ACC is activated via the key. It is also on whenever the headlight is on. It doesnt matter if it is high or low beam the small LED stays on. On some models the lack of current draw (because the LED headlight is so efficient) was causing a battery overcharge. This is a serious problem for the sealed cell, fast charging, AGM, upgrade, battery. It outgases and ruins the battery! Its my understanding this new LED Daymaker headlight, eliminates this problem. The only downside I have seen. The increased weight of the LED unit cracks the 5 3/4" headlight bucket. Anyone have similar issues? Im looking for a solution to this problem. Headlight buckets are expensive!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You will be seen This light puts out great see-able front lighting. I had a single LED bulb that had been acceptable, but this thing puts it to shame. Simple plug and play install. Simpler than bulb install. You will love this light. Well worth the bucks to be seen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Night turns to day My eyes aren't all that great and seeing at night can be a pain when riding. The stock lamp on my sportster was a joke and I couldn't see well unless I had it on high beam. This light is the end all when it comes to lighting. I recommend this highly if you have trouble seeing at night. A+++

After installation of the Daymaker LED Headlight on my 2009 Dyna Low Rider the headlight bucket cracks. Im on my second one @ nearly$200.00 each!!

Is there a fix for this headlight cracking problem? The dealer said its what the 5 3/4" headlight buckets do. This last one only lasted a few months! I need to know how to make this problem go away. Any suggestions?
Asked by: KurtDavidson
Hi KurtDavidson, There is a 1-year limited warranty on the 5-3/4 in. Daymaker Projector LED Headlamp. If you have recently replaced this accessory within a couple of months of purchase--a warranty claim should have been worked through with your local dealer. As for the crack issue you mentioned, it could be weather related or the way it was installed. Please H-D Online at 1-800-258-2464 for additional assistance; if needed. Thanks!

Can the 5-3/4" Daymaker headlamp be installed in a billet shell on a FXSTD?

Asked by: Tony4
Hi Tony4, The 5-3/4 in Daymaker should only be used in the original housing. Other modifications should be addressed through an authorized H-D dealership. Thanks!

Daymaker 1996 sportster

I have a 1996 sportster 1200 custom, and u rude at night everyday through elk country and I want a brighter safer light so I was wonder how hard it would be to install this daymaker on my 1996. The fitment chart shows it'd for 04 and up but what is the difference between my 96 and a 04?
Asked by: Sportsterclint
Hey Sportsterclint, Your XL1200C has a headlamp that has a replaceable bulb in it, whereas the Daymakers are an entire plug and play unit. If you're looking for a brighter, whiter light, you might want to try the Performance Headlamp Bulb-67074-02.

wiring in daymaker housing

I'm wiring this into the 67700093 housing. in addition to the main black connection this housing has a red/white wire with a blue plug, and a black wire with a bare plug. just trying to verify which connects to the red wire on the light and which is extraneous, or if all the other wires are extra.
Asked by: schafkopf
Hi schafkopf, The existing four-way connector from the original headlamp is the only wiring that would be affected by this install. The other wires are as you stated, "extraneous".

Does this have a glass lens?

Asked by: Sargon
Judging by the look and construction of the light, and the weight of the unit,'s definitely glass as are the matching 4" driving lights. This headlight is now stock on the new bikes and is a highly recommended addition to any Harley. There is no comparison to halogen!
