Rated 4 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 3 out of 5 by Product Description Wrong The gas gauge feature of the speedometer does not work on a non-EFI Fatboy. The product description on line says it will. Other that it's a good product and easy to install. August 20, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Eliminate the clutter Got to love the idea of all your instruments on one face when the face is so large. Custom color options and perfect sizing and placement of dials give you all you need in one place. Not only functional but really an improved look over the stock HD speedo. Easy to instal yourself, I have done on Fatboy and Road King without issue and rather quickly. Should be one of the first upgrades to consider. Important to note, if you like to ride at night and have a windshield, you do catch an interfering reflection on the windshield. I recommended a gage visor to ensure safe operation after dark. The speedo displays all gears when the clutch is not engaged and has an additional light indicator for sixth gear to show when you are in sixth.

The gears are displayed in the lowest window right above the digital gas level indicator.

Answer:
So without knowing exactly what's going on, all I can offer is the troubleshooting info from the I Sheet.

1. Gauge does not display percentage,
"check", and "ok".
Gauge has already conducted odometer
copy process or the gauge
might not have power.
Install gauge and confirm functionality.

2. Gauge does not display percentage,
"check", and "ok".
Vehicle ignition switch not in "ign" position.
Turn to "ign".

3. Gauge does not display percentage,
"check", and "ok".
Vehicle run/stop switch not in "run" position.
Turn to "run".

4. Gauge starts percentage but
does not complete.
Gauge lost comunication to vehicle
bus (electrical system) or gauge not
compatible with vehicle (incorrect fitment
or model year).
Turn vehicle ignition switch to "off"
and run/stop switch to "stop", wait
15 seconds, and retry.

5. Gauge reads "no cal" or vin err" before starting countdown.
Normal software functionality.
None needed. Confirm that the
gauge displays percentage,
"check" and "ok." The gauge is
functioning properly.

If you're still having trouble with it I suggest giving your local dealer a call, they may have another idea.
