Rated 5 out of 5 by A Nice Compromise If you don't want or can't put footboards on your bike these are an excellent compromise. The width is certainly more comfortable than a round peg and coupled with the stainless steel mounting pins will make for a smooth look. May 25, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by THESE ARE GREAT! No fatigue! A must purchase for sure! No Vibration! Looks good on bike with new HD chrome rear mini floor boards on rear for passenger. The bolts I used with these are from the Internet, and are a grade 8 chromed, you can get the torque you need. The mating surfaces are also chromed that hold the pegs from turning. You must use very fine emery cloth to sand finish smooth on both mating surfaces, then heavier grade cloth to rough up the surface to get the best fit.. Do not sand off the chrome just finish polish the surface. Torque required to assemble and keep from turning is considerably less, and they won't turn in use. Also you must position these pegs at a 90 degree angle to your boot positioning, not only for best comfort, but to not wear the rubber inserts. If you position them so your boot applies downward slide across the rubber insert in use, they won't last long for sure. THESE ARE GREAT! No fatigue! A must purchase for sure! No Vibration! Rated 1 out of 5 by Dosen't Last I purchased these peg less than one year ago and have had them on my bike for around 6,000 miles. On both pegs the rubber has torn and the rubber insert is not available. For a retail price near $100.00 I would have expected a longer life. I will not purchase these again nor will I reccomded them.. June 17, 2015

Why aren't the rubber inserts available to purchase for the oversized pegs when they are for the large and small size?

Hi TBAGS9990,

Thank you for your question. The length does not include the mounting point.

50500-03 - about 4.75"
50131-95A - right inbetween 3.50" and 3.75"
50130-95A - about 4"

Hope this helps!
