Absolutely. We are happy to ship orders to our service men and women who defend our right to live cage free. All shipments to APO/FPO/DPO addresses are sent as standard ground service for just $7.95 per order.

Note that APO/FPO/DPO deliveries can take up to 2-3 weeks depending on local conditions at the destination.
Harley-Davidson offers simple flat rate shipping options. You can ship your entire order for as low as $9.95.

Estimated arrival excludes weekends and holidays. Two-Day or Next-Day orders placed by 2:00pm eastern time, Monday through Friday, will be processed the same day. Standard orders placed after 8:00pm eastern time begin processing the next business day.
Some items may also include a delivery surcharge, which varies based on weight and dimension.
Once your order ships we'll send you a shipping notification email, which will include a tracking number that allows you to track your package on the carrier's website.
If you shipped your order to a dealership, the dealership will also contact you by phone or email when it's available for pickup.
To keep tabs on your order, please visit the Order Status page where you can sign in to your account to view a list of all your orders, or enter your order number and billing zip code to track an order you placed as a guest.
Sorry, friends. We are currently unable to ship to any international addresses, with the exception of APO, FPO and DPO boxes.
We are able to ship to Alaska. We are currently unable to ship to any Hawaii addresses at this time.
UPS ships all H-D® Online Store orders. (If we could get your package delivered on a custom Harley-Davidson® motorcycle we would.)
If you shipped your order to a dealership, the dealership will contact you by phone or email when it's available for pickup.
Most returns that are sent back to our H-D Fulfillment Center will process approximately 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return. A refund of the merchandise purchase price and sales tax will be credited back to your original method of payment and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. We'll shoot you an email when your return is processed.
A return shipping charge of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund. However, we'll happily pick up the tab if a product is defective or there was an error when filling your order.
At this time, we are not accepting online exchange requests. However, if there is an issue with your order due to our error, please give us a call at 1-800-258-2464 (8am - 6pm CST, M - F) to request an exchange. We'll help you return the item(s) and place a new order.
Here are the items that are ineligible for return:
Yes. Our normal return policy applies to any product purchased with an H-D™ Gift Card. If the Gift Card was the only method of payment used on your original order, we will credit your original Gift Card with the amount refunded. If your original order involved use of a credit card to cover part of the order value, we will apply the refund to the original gift card first and then your credit card.
You'll receive a pre-paid return label to print and attach to your return. Each label is uniquely assigned to your return request and is good for one box. You must apply a separate return label to each box you use for your return.
Please note that a pre-paid label will not be provided when returning an order from an APO/FPO/DPO address. Instead, we will simply provide a return authorization number when you contact us to initiate your return.
Yes. If you've already submitted your return and need to reprint your label(s), click "Order History & Tracking" and then hit the "View & Print Label(s)" button near your return requests.
If you simply miscalculated how many labels you need, contact us and we'll set you up with additional labels.
No. Do not return items from separate orders in one box. Different orders require a separate return request.
No. However, our dealers will gladly help you submit your return request online using our simple instructions above.
Harley-Davidson Motor Company administers the H-D® Online Store on behalf of and as agent for participating dealerships. Your order will be fulfilled and shipped by Harley-Davidson Motor Company as the agent for the Selling Dealer. The Selling Dealer is the dealership that will receive credit for your purchases, and that is officially responsible for the sales that fill your orders.
Dealerships do not send out H-D® Online Store orders. Harley-Davidson Motor Company administers the H-D® Online Store on behalf of and as agent for participating dealerships. Your order will be fulfilled and shipped by Harley-Davidson Motor Company as the agent for the Selling Dealer. Your participating local dealership of choice that is identified as the Selling Dealer will receive credit for your H-D® Online Store purchases, and will be officially responsible for the sales that fill your orders.
