About Estimated Arrival Times
All orders are subject to authorization and approval. Estimated arrival times exclude weekends and holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or on U.S. holidays.
Standard shipping is provided via UPS and final delivery may be via the United States Postal Service. Standard orders placed after 8 p.m. Eastern Time will begin processing the next business day. Two-Day or Next-Day orders placed, authorized and approved by 2 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, will be processed the same day.
Some items may also include a delivery surcharge, which varies based on weight and dimension.
Personal Pickup – It's Free!
Sure. We'd love to ride out with every order and hand-deliver it. But even better, we'll ship your order to any participating Harley-Davidson® dealership for in-store pickup—for free.
Here's how it works:
- During the checkout process, choose the "H-D Dealership Pickup" option as your shipping destination.
- On the next page, select a participating dealership.
- Print out your order confirmation.
- You'll receive an e-mail or phone call when your order is ready for pickup. Show your order confirmation and sign for the item at time of pickup.
Most orders are ready for pickup within 5-7 business days after shipping.
Once your order ships we'll send you a Shipping Notification email, which will include a tracking number that allows you to track your package on the carrier's website.
If you shipped your order to a dealership, the dealership will also contact you by phone or email when it's available for pickup.
The Harley-Davidson® Online Store ships items only within the continental United States and Alaska, as well as APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Currently no shipments can be made to Hawaii, P.O. boxes, or international addresses. Sorry, friends.
Purchases made at the H-D® Online Store are for domestic use in the U.S. only. Harley- Davidson® products purchased or received by you may be subject to U.S. export control regulations and you are responsible for ensuring compliance with any such regulations prior to any transfer, sale or shipment to parties outside of the US. Harley-Davidson products cannot be exported or transferred to any sanctioned or embargoed country, as determined by the U.S. Government, or to any person or entity barred by the U.S. Government.
The H-D Online Store does not support shipping items in a single order to multiple shipping addresses. To ship items to an additional address, please place a new order at the H-D Online Store.
Shipping to an APO/FPO/DPO Address
We're happy to ship orders to our service men and women who defend our right to live cage free. All shipments to military addresses are sent as standard ground service for free. Please note that APO/FPO/DPO deliveries can take up to 4-8 weeks as all orders are shipped via UPS and then transferred to USPS for transfer to the appropriate Military Post Office.
Entering APO, FPO, or DPO Military Addresses
To make sure your package gets to its destination, follow these instructions for entering a military address during checkout:
- Enter the Address 1 and Address 2 (optional) details.
- Enter APO or FPO or DPO in the City field.
- Select a region from the State pull-down menu (e.g., Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, or Armed forces Pacific).
- Enter the 5-digit ZIP code for the military unit.
Shipment Restrictions for APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
Most items can be shipped to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses, except:
- Audio System Amplifiers
- Audio System Speakers
- GPS Units
- Police Radars
- Radio Receivers
- Rider/Passenger Communication Systems
- Speaker Enclosures
If an item cannot be shipped to an APO, FPO, or DPO address, we'll let you know during checkout after you've entered your shipping information.
