How do I shop online with an eCommerce dealer?
To shop online you must first select a dealer from the navigation bar within the Parts or Apparel sections. This dealer will be saved as your preferred online shopping dealer. To change your preferred dealer, login to your Online Profile (located in the navigation bar at the top of the page), select Edit and choose the My Shopping section. Select the CHANGE DEALER button within the My Shopping section. Once you've found your new dealer, click on the SELECT AS MY DEALER button. Dealers participating in our online shopping program have been certified to sell products online. They process your orders, answer customer service questions, and make sure the shopping experience is everything you'd expect from Harley-Davidson. Sorry, we cannot take orders from or ship to locations outside the 48 contiguous United States.
What are my shipping options for online orders?
Our dealers use UPS Ground service to ship your orders anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. Most orders will arrive within seven to ten days or sooner from the date the order is placed. We are not able to ship to P.O., APO, or FPO boxes at this time. Please contact your local Harley-Davidson dealer for more information.
Can I pick up my order at the dealership?
You may choose this option when placing your order. If you need to change your shipping selection, contact the dealer that you ordered from. You will receive an e-mail from your dealer when your order is ready for pick-up. What payment options are available online?
The Harley-Davidson® Visa® card is preferred on harley-davidson.com, though all Visa and MasterCard credit cards are accepted. Harley-Davidson™ Gift Card can now be redeemed online. You may use a maximum of 3 gift cards per order. To enter more than one gift card, enter the first gift card number and the 3-digit PIN and click the "Add Card" button.
If your Harley-Davidson™ gift card does not have the verification code or isn't recognized as a method of payment, the card cannot be used online. You will need to use another form of payment to process your order or, you may request a replacement gift card that can be used online. To request that your balance be transferred to an online enabled H-D™ gift card, please call Customer Service at 1-800-803-7537. You should receive the replacement gift card within 3-7 business days after your request is processed.How do I checking the balance on a gift card?
You can check the balance on a gift card on the Checkout page. Enter your 16-digit gift card number and the 3-digit PIN on the back of your card and click "Check Balance". Then, we immediately provide you with the balance on the gift card.
How do I redeem a gift card online?
During Checkout, enter gift card number and 3-digit PIN On the Checkout page, enter your gift card number and PIN in the appropriate boxes. The gift card PIN is located on the back of the card. Complete the payment information and click the "Add Card" button.
Can I return an item purchased with a gift card?
Please keep your gift card until you receive and are satisfied with your order. If you return items that were paid for using a gift card, the amount charged to the gift card will go back on the original gift card.
How do I return or exchange merchandise purchased on harley-davidson.com?
Place all returned or exchanged items in the original packaging with product tags intact; include any instructions, hardware and accessories. Include the completed Return/Exchange Request Form* and a copy of the original invoice in the package. Carefully pack all of the product's contents; mail or deliver your return to the participating dealer with whom it was purchased within 30 days of the shipment date for a full refund of the online price or an exchange. The Motor Company is not set up for exchanging or returning items. Your order was not placed directly with the Motor Company. *Your eCommerce dealer will include a Request Form in your order.

If you create an Online Profile, the Wish List allows you to compile a list of items that you'd like to buy now or in the future. To view a List you've already created, login and update your list. When you create a Wish List, you'll see options to e-mail it and share it online. To share your Wish List online, you need to make it searchable by others by selecting "Your Wish List Can be viewed by others." Or, to keep your Wish List private, choose "Your Wish List Is private." If you choose to share your Wish List online, you can narrow the search results by entering a City, State and a description of yourself by editing your Personal Information. If you choose to share your Wish List via email, select the email list button. Enter the names and email addresses of up to five people; select add more to increase the amount of recipients. You may include a short message, or simply send your Wish List by selecting send it.
