Support for MDA began in 1980 and since then, the Harley-Davidson family of customers, dealers, suppliers and employees has raised more than $65 million to aid research and program services for children and adults with muscular dystrophy. The funds raised support life-saving research, comprehensive medical care for children and adults with neuromuscular disease, and MDA summer camps.
Harley-Davidson customers, dealers, suppliers and employees are committed to improving their communities and helping others, and our support of MDA has enabled riders to work together for a common cause. Creating open houses, holding fundraising rides, and hosting Black-n-Blue charity dinners are just a few of the ways we raise money for MDA. The hard work of Harley enthusiasts helps make life brighter for people with muscular dystrophy and helps make strides in finding a cure.
