Project Rushmore

Opened August 24, 2013

The Harley-Davidson Museum’s newest exhibit, located in the lower level Design Lab gallery, allows visitors a behind-the-scenes look into Project RUSHMORE, touching upon everything from concept development through testing. Prototype parts, drawings, models and other original materials will give visitors insight into the design and engineering process, and a series of video presentations will round out the display. The exhibit opened to the public on Saturday, August 24th 2013.
