A group of employees hired to work part-time on an as-needed basis. These are production positions building the world's most sought-after motorcycles, with complete training, working up to 40 hours or more per week.
Harley-Davidson York's Flexible Workers earn $16.75 per hour while gaining valuable experience working for the worlds most recognized brand of motorcycles.

That's it. Based on your results you may be invited to become part of the H-D Flexible Workforce team. Your first step will be a Flexible Workforce Orientation Session at the York factory, where you'll learn what you need to get started building and earning.
