A rear fender partially covers the fat 240 mm tire in the back. The Harley-Davidson Rocker C has a rigid mounted 1584 cc Twin Cam 96B chopper engine. The chopper seat was engineered to keep you comfortable, solo or with passenger. This convertible trick chopper seat changes from a solo seat to a two up seat with the folding passenger pillion. With the Engine Idle Temperature Management Strategy (EITMS) feature, the motorcycle automatically cuts fuel and fire from rear cylinder when idling, which helps reduce engine heat felt by rider and passenger.
