This rare racing model has a special lowboy keystone frame built for road racing and hillclimbing that was only produced in 1924 and 1925. As a result, the gas tank has notches for the intake valves. The engine is 1000 cc with 3-speed handshift transmission. The lift and duration of the cams indicate that that the motor was built for racing. It has no front fender, a bobbed rear fender and turned-down handlebars with taped grips. Extra supports have been welded to the front forks for added strength. It has original paint!
It is currently in the storage area of the Archives, on the 3rd floor of the A building here at the Museum.
