MOTOR’s bold American classics celebrate the taste of life on the road. Road House Chili that tastes like it’s fresh from a Texas diner. BBQ Ribs redolent of a Little Rock smoke shack. Our hand packed 8oz. beef patty served open face on an Irish potato pancake (BOXTY) topped with bangers, fried onions, braised purple cabbage and Irish Whiskey gravy fries. 14.95

SPECIAL OF THE MONTH:
A plate worth waking up and consuming prior to defending the honor of Ireland. House made slow cooked corned beef, roasted fingerling potatoes and braised red cabbage. Served with grilled rye toast points and topped with Russian dressing. 13.95

Jameson Irish whisky, ginger ale, grapefruit juice and bitters. Topped with lemon zest and a lemon twist.

Matt created an oak aged farmhouse red ale that floods the glass with a deep red hue and an off-white head that shows aromas of pear, grapefruit and malt with mild oak notes. Tiny tones of caramel, dark brown sugar, citrus fruit, pepper and a woody vanilla flavor from the oak spirals. 8.6% ABV

Josh Peterson, Executive Chef at MOTOR® Bar & Restaurant, is a proud Milwaukee native. He grew up in the Milwaukee suburbs where he began his cooking career when he was just a teenager. Chef Josh began his professional career with the Double Tree Hotel in Madison working in various roles including kitchen manager in which he was responsible for the management of the hotel restaurant and banquet operations.
In 2010, Chef Josh returned to his hometown to accept the position of kitchen manager for the Lowlands Restaurant Group’s flagship restaurant, Café Hollander. While working as kitchen manager, the highest culinary rank within the Lowlands Restaurant Group, Chef Josh became a trusted member of the Lowlands team where he was asked to lead events among all their different properties.
In 2013, Chef Josh sought to sharpen his culinary skills and pursued a position with Levy Restaurants to help him accomplish his goals. He joined the team at the BMO Harris Bradley Center and its sister property, Turner Hall Restaurant. As a chef with Levy Restaurants, Chef Josh has had the opportunity to support grand scale event operations at the Kentucky Derby and Ravinia Music Festival. While working as a Levy team member, Chef Josh has strengthened his culinary skills while enhancing his internal desire to become a great leader in Milwaukee’s food scene.

PARKING AND DIRECTIONS
Conveniently located off I-94, you'll find the Museum at the crossroads of 6th and Canal Streets.
FREE PARKING for approximately 500 cars or 1,000 motorcycles is available on the streets of the Museum grounds and in the Parking Gardens located across the street from the Museum. Entry to the Parking Gardens is from Canal Street. Overnight parking or camping is not permitted on-site.
