Eat at Motor®
Come for the Museum. Stay for the food. Like the Museum, MOTOR Bar & Restaurant serves up the best of American culture in an inspiring setting. In a hurry? Just come for the food. No Museum admission is required to dine at MOTOR.
King of the Road Food
MOTOR’s bold American classics celebrate the taste of life on the road. Road House Chili that tastes like it’s fresh from a Texas diner. BBQ Ribs redolent of a Little Rock smoke shack. And, fittingly, plenty of Wisconsin favorites: Fish Fry, Booyah Stew, and the best sausage and cheese in Milwaukee.
BURGER OF THE MONTH:
A hand packed 8 oz burger patty made with 50% beef and 50% smoked bacon served on a Miller Bakery sesame seed bun with blue cheese and a grilled portabella mushroom. Served with lettuce, tomato, onion, and French fries. 12.95
WING OF THE MONTH:
One pound of house smoked wings tossed in a tart cran-apple sauce and topped with cranberry chutney. 11.95
SPECIAL OF THE MONTH:
This hearty sandwich is a generous portion of thick sliced beef brisket that was smoked for 14 hours. Served on an onion bun with house BBQ sauce and crispy fried onions. 12.95
MOTOR® CAFÉ DELIGHT
This dessert cocktail has just the right amount of RumChata, Kahlúa® and Amaretto, smoothly blended with Stone Creek Coffee. The MOTOR Café Delight is bound to please that sweet tooth and leave you satisfied.
AffenKönig Hopfenweisse by Brenner Brewing Company
Like any classic hefeweizen, half of the grist is pilsner malt and half is wheat, but twice the grain is used to create a sweet flavor profile. The AffenKönig (monkey king in German) Hopfenweisse incorporates plenty of German hops and a yeast strain from the oldest brewery in the world. This hoppy, wheat beer boasts banana esters and tropical fruit hops. 8.1% ABV
