TRAINING APPLICATION BILLING AND CANCELLATION GUIDELINES

Harley-Davidson Police & Fleet Sales remains committed to providing high quality training at the lowest possible cost to our customers. We often have waiting lists for classes that have full enrollments. Last minute cancellations prevent those that are on a waiting list from attending our classes. Harley-Davidson Motor Company will not reimburse for travel arrangements for any reason.

We will invoice the requesting entity for the total cost of the technical training classes requested. Payment must be made by the due date listed on your invoice. If payment is not received by this date, we reserve the right to cancel your enrollment. Enrollment will then be offered to the next requesting entity.

All cancellations must be made in writing to Harley-Davidson Police & Fleet Sales by email to: wendell.kendrick@harley-davidson.com. The date the cancellation is received in the Police Sales office is the cancellation date of record. Emails received on weekends or holidays will be recorded as received on the next working day.

If you cancel your enrollment, refunds are calculated as follows:

60+ days prior to the start of class FULL REFUND
30 to 59 days prior to the start of class 50% REFUND
Less than 30 days prior to the start of class NO REFUND

Substitutions may be made with prior approval from Harley-Davidson Police and Fleet Sales.

If you require further information or clarification please contact Wendell Kendrick, Police Training & Technical Support Lead at (414) 343-8234 or email to: wendell.kendrick@harley-davidson.com.
