Course Enrollment Refund and Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions
Your reservation in the chosen class is an agreement between you and your selected dealer. Harley-Davidson® dealers are independent businesses and are not agents of Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Harley-Davidson Motor Company does not have responsibility for agreements you make with the selected dealer.
The terms and conditions noted in this refund and cancellation policy are executed at the discretion of the dealer to whom the arrangement has been made and may change at the sole discretion of the dealer.
You are encouraged to work with the appropriate Harley-Davidson® Riding Academy Manager or representative at your selected dealer to understand your obligations and their obligations relating to the terms and conditions of the dealer’s refund and cancellation policy
Harley-Davidson® Riding Academy courses fill very quickly and in order to best serve all students wishing to learn to ride this season, the dealers will enforce the following terms and conditions, subject to the terms and conditions of their own policies.
1. Timing of cancellation and associated refund policy
Each dealer has a specific documented cancellation policy relative to their way of conducting business in their respective states.
Upon confirmed enrollment in a class, the dealer must provide in writing the respective terms and conditions of their specific cancellation and refund policies.
You are required to notify the dealer in writing prior to the date of the class of your intention to cancel attendance in the chosen class.
Each dealer may have different timing requirements pertaining to the receipt of the cancellation notice.

Each dealer has the right to determine the amount of refund to be issued based on the time of cancellation. The amount of refund may be based on a sliding scale relative to the date of the cancellation, at the dealer’s sole discretion.
Full or partial refunds may not be granted if the cancellation notice date does not meet the dealer’s documented cancellation policy time requirements.
Each dealer may have processing fees associated with cancellations.
Non-attendance in a class once it has started may mean you are not entitled to a refund depending on the dealer’s cancellation policy requirements.
Dismissal from a class will result in the forfeiture of the class fee.
Reasons for dismissal may include the following:
· Is late for any class session or does not show up for any class session
· Unruly / unsafe actions
· Choosing not to complete the course
· Being disrespectful or reckless
· Arriving at the range without required safety gear
2. Dealers right to cancel or reschedule classes
Dealers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class for any reason. All efforts will be made to reschedule the class at a later date, or place any registered student in the next available opening. Each dealer will have the option of refunding class fees or rescheduling the class at the dealer’s sole discretion.
Dealers are not responsible for travel arrangements, travel fees, or any expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation.
3. Submission of cancellation request
All cancellation notifications by the customer must be submitted in writing via fax, email or letter and be received by the Harley-Davidson® Riding Academy Manager at the dealer in time to meet the dealer’s cancellation and refund policy requirements.
4. Receipt of Refunds
Refunds are sent back to you via your payment method to the dealer and done so in an appropriate amount of time based on each dealer’s refund and cancellation policy.

If you do not accept the terms the terms and conditions of this Harley-Davidson® Riding Academy Course Enrollment Refund and Cancellation Policy your reservation can not be completed online.
