We say thank you in style!

At Harley-Davidson® there’s nobody we appreciate more than our loyal fans and customers. As a way to say thanks, over the last couple of months we’ve been rewarding some of you that interact with us on the Harley-Davidson UK Facebook page. Here's what some of our fans got up to when we gave them a motorcycle for the weekend…

Steve Burton took out a Street Glide® from Edinburgh Harley-Davidson, one of twelve rental locations across the UK. He had one hell of a trip, riding through mountainous terrain, visiting Ben Nevis and even helping a stranded German couple! After he’d completed his epic 760 mile trip he told us: “I’ll definitely be buying a Street Glide® in the future.” See you on the road Steve!

Dwight Mitchell switched his Suzuki Bandit 600 for a Heritage Softail® Classic from our fleet in Reading when we gave him a weekend Authorized Rentals® voucher recently.

Thrilled with the unmistakable Harley® experience, Dwight said: “I cannot find any fault with the ride, it was smooth, the gear change is simple and the Harley roar out the back was awesome! My highlight was doing the school run with my son on the back – finally I was known as the cool dad!”

When Andrew Stewart told us what he’d do if he could rent a Harley® for the day his dream ride was so good we couldn’t resist giving him his dream bike to carry it out!

Andrew Stewart collected a Superlow® 1200T from Guildford Harley-Davidson ahead of the 10th Annual ‘Chase the Ace Rally’ Poker Run where he rode it from Kent to Winchelsea to Eastbourne before ending in Horam.

After he’d completed his Poker Run he told us: “This trip was the most fun I have had on a bike and allowed me to appreciate the smooth almost effortless ride that a Harley-Davidson provides!”

We also surprised Facebook fan Dave Lovelace with a rental Harley for the weekend. Dave picked up his Heritage Softail® Classic from Warr’s Harley-Davidson SE. He rode to Rye then Winchelsea Sands, Eastborne and finally down to Brighton – all with the missus riding pillion. After completing his epic journey, Dave told us: “One ride on a Harley and my partner was convinced, so Harley here I come!” See you soon, Dave!
