Oxford (21 September 2012) - We may have several months remaining in 2012, but preparations are already well underway for the Harley-Davidson 110th anniversary celebrations in 2013. The legendary Motor Company is commemorating more than a century of motorcycles, epic adventures and fantastic riding experiences with a number of global events next year, including exciting rallies and incredible parties in Rome and Milwaukee.
Although details are still being finalised, demand is high for places at the Italian event, which will take place on 13-16 June 2013. The multi-site festivities in central Rome, Vatican City and the Port of Ostia will feature a Harley® Village, live entertainment, exclusive H.O.G.® member area, demo rides, parade, custom bike show and motorcycle display areas. In addition, selected dealers will have their own stands in the trader area and there will be special activities tailored to the Vatican City area. Accommodation for the event is available to book here.
Meanwhile, the celebrations will continue across the Atlantic in Milwaukee – the home of Harley-Davidson – on 29 August-31 September 2013. As well as the usual attractions, including live entertainment, custom bike show and motorcycle display area, the event will also host the world’s largest bike night at the Harley-Davidson® Museum and a special H.O.G. 30th anniversary celebration.
More details about the Harley-Davidson year-long 110th anniversary celebrations will be announced in coming months. Please click here for the most up-to-date information. H.O.G.® members should also look out for information in the H.O.G.® eMag or visit the H.O.G.® Gallery here.
